Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the order. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@garlani.com or call us at (305) 4477037.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 working days. Alternatively, we can offer the value as store credit for our website.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. If it is more than 48 hours, we can no longer cancel the order since it has already been fulfilled at that time.

Your cancellation request must include the following information:
- Your order number
- The name and email address used to place the order
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
